¡Hola de nuevo!
Perdonad el enorme retraso en actualizar, ¡ha sido un mes muy duro! No he podido contestar tampoco a los e-mails que he recibido porque eran relativos a encargos y no he tenido un minuto libre, así que intentaré ponerme al día, ¡perdón!
Muchas cosas han cambiado desde mi viaje a EE.UU.; entre ellas, que por fin he empezado a echarle valor al tema del dibujo de forma profesional, así que veremos en qué queda todo. De momento, este fin de semana me he homenajeado con un par de noches de pintar y pintar. El resultado, dos pares de Converse que podéis ver a continuación, y una cosa más que no puedo subir hasta que no se la dé a su destinatario.
Las rojas son para mí; ¡hasta ahora nunca me había pintado unas zapatillas a mí misma! Me las compré en Las Vegas sólo por pintarles la bandera confederada, y por fin lo he hecho.
Las moradas son para Riqui; las compramos en la misma tienda, él también con la idea de que yo las convirtiera en dos Tentáculos Púrpuras, ¡y aquí están! Mañana mismo, si deja de llover en Madrid, podremos salir a lucirlas :)
¿Os gusta alguna de las dos? Contactad conmigo si queréis que os haga unas; son mucho más sencillas que las de Monkey Island o Day of the Tentacle, y por tanto, más baratas.
Hace poco escaneé un montón de dibujos para hacer mi portfolio, así que entre eso y la otra cosa que pinté este fin de semana, tengo material para próximas entradas. ¡Odio tener el blog tan abandonado!

Please forgive me (again) for my terrible delay in updating this blog, it's been a really hard month! I haven't even been able to answer the e-mails I've received because they were about commissions and I haven't had a spare minute, so I'll try to catch up soon, I'm sorry!
Many things have changed since my trip to the USA; among them, the fact that I've finally started being brave on the subject of my artistic career, so to speak. We'll see what happens... (I can't talk much about this things here in case my current boss finds my weblog! Thank goodness he doesn't know a word of English :P). For a start, I have pampered myself this weekend with a couple of nights of non-stop painting (yes, painting and not partying; wallowing over my nerdyness).
And these are the results: two pairs of Converse chucks, which you have already seen above, and something else I can't upload yet because it's a gift for a friend.
The red chucks are for me, it's the first pair I paint for myself! I bought them in Vegas just to paint the Confederate flag over them, and so I have.
The purple pair is for Ricky; we bought them in the same shop, he also wanted me to paint his as a pair of evil Purple Tentacles. Tomorrow, if it's stops raining, we will show them off around Madrid :)

I scanned a lot of drawings for my portfolio recently. That and this other thing I painted during the weekend are good future blog material! I hate to see this so abandoned u__u
